COVID-19 Response

The safety and wellbeing of our participants, staff and visitors are our top priority at Greenleaf Consultancy as we journey together through this pandemic.

The COVID-19 virus has become a major part of our everyday lives and has affected each and every one of us. Due to this we must abide by new Federal and State health directives and guidelines. As always, our participants, staff and visitor’s safety are our top priority, meaning we are doing all we can to ensure everyone stays safe, happy and healthy.

With new information being released frequently, and with the vaccine rolling out, we are dedicated to staying up-to-date on advice and guidelines relevant to our business.

Check back to this page regularly for information on our own safety measures, what you can do and for other informative sites and numbers to call.

What is Greenleaf Consultancy doing to protect the health of our participants and staff?

As a base line, we continue to ask our participants and staff to keep up-to-date on COVID-19 cases in their locations as well as on news regarding lockdowns and other advice, and act appropriately. We also ask that they stay home if they feel unwell and to get tested even if their symptoms are only mild.

Greenleaf Consultancy also requires:

  • Staff and visitors, including support staff who are visiting the office, are required to sign in using the available QR code at the front entrance and practice appropriate hand hygiene with the hand sanitiser available.
  • All staff complete a COVID-19 Infection Control training module provided by the Australian Government Department of Health.
  • All staff that service clients—including support workers, registered nurses and the team leader—must follow guidelines as set out by the Australian Government when providing a service.
  • All staff closely follow hygiene practices in and around the office as well as during client services.
  • All staff have access to PPE when needed.

Participant Requirements

Greenleaf Consultancy is dedicated to your health and safety. This is why we ask our participants to:

  • Use the QR code to sign in upon entrance.
  • Alert us if they have entered a Coronavirus hotspot.
  • Alert us if they have any symptoms.
  • Let us know if they have been in contact with anyone that has come from overseas within the last four weeks.
  • Closely follow good hygiene practices.
  • Follow appropriate Federal and State health orders and guidelines.

Mandatory Mask Requirements

As per new government legislation, GreenLeaf Consultancy support staff who attend clients are required to wear a mask during each visit, as well as any office staff who may also visit. This is in response to the mask mandate declared from 29 June 2021 by SA Health, stating masks are mandatory in health care settings at all times when in the physical presence of other people on the presences.

All staff have been advised of this and made aware that there are masks available in the office.

If you would like more information on this legislation, as well as mask management, you can click the link below.

If legislation or recommendations change, GreenLeaf Consultancy will review the direction and inform/update our staff on our current guidelines when necessary.
